¶ 01 · For roofers · software help

Your roofing business should run itself between storms.

I'm Sam. I'm one person, I work with roofing contractors, and I know software. I'm not trying to sell you a CRM, estimating tool, or subscription. I help you make the tools you already have to use less confusing, less manual, and less painful.

¶ Selected work

The kinds of things I build for roofers.

Not a package, not a subscription, and not a back door into some vendor's sales process. Real projects, shaped around how your shop works.

01

Lead-to-estimate that doesn't leak

A lead hits your website, your Google number, or Angi. Within 90 seconds they get a real text back with your name on it, a pre-filled link to upload photos, and an invite to pick a time. That lead lands in JobNimbus or AccuLynx already categorized, already tagged, already routed to the right rep. By the time you walk off the roof, half the qualification is already done.

02

Xactimate and EagleView, in one click

Order an EagleView, and when it lands, the measurements push straight into Xactimate with your line items pre-loaded. Hover photos drop into the job file automatically. Your estimators stop playing copy-paste for an hour on every bid. You put more accurate numbers in front of homeowners faster than the guy across town.

03

Supplement tracking that actually tracks

Every open supplement in one dashboard — what it's for, which adjuster, how many days it's been sitting, what the next move is. When something stalls past your threshold, a nudge fires automatically. Nothing gets forgotten because Dave quit or Sheila's on vacation.

04

Dispatch that doesn't live in group texts

Crews get their next day laid out the night before — address, job type, materials list, customer notes — without a messy group thread. Status updates come back as photos and tap-to-confirm, so you actually know which jobs are rolling without chasing six foremen.

An honest note

I'm not going to show you a wall of made-up testimonials or pretend every problem needs a new platform. Sometimes the right move is automation, sometimes it's cleanup, sometimes it's using the software you already pay for in a saner way.

I also won't tell you automation will double your revenue. It won't. What it does is give you back the hours you're spending on work that shouldn't need a human — and those hours are usually what's standing between you and the next crew, the next market, or just a weekend off.

¶ Questions

What roofers ask me.

Tell me where your shop is bleeding time.

No pitch deck and no software sales angle. I'll tell you what I'd fix first, roughly what it'd cost, and whether your existing tools can handle it. If there's nothing to fix, I'll say so.
